Developer websites are marketing. Aggregator sites are often months out of date. Shore & Skyline exists to be the neutral, current reference for new luxury construction from Las Olas to Hillsboro Beach — and that only works if the information holds up. This page explains how it's kept that way.
In order of preference: the developer's sales team and current price sheets; the developer's own published materials; public records (Broward County, city planning and building departments, FAA and permit filings); reputable trade press (The Real Deal, South Florida Business Journal, Florida YIMBY, the Sun Sentinel); and Ray's own site visits and conversations. Broker aggregator sites are used only as a pointer to a primary source, never as the source itself.
Each property page carries a line reading "Details verified <month year>." That date is the last time the page's core facts — pricing, unit count, sizes, delivery estimate, deposit structure, developer and design team — were checked against a current source. When a figure can't be confirmed, the page says so ("available on request," "to be announced") rather than guessing.
Every building is re-checked on a quarterly cycle, and again whenever a developer announces a change. Developer sales teams are contacted monthly for pricing, inventory and construction updates. Corrections are made the same day they're confirmed.
Shore & Skyline is published by Ray Vorell, Principal Broker Associate with Compass Florida, LLC. Ray does not work for any developer, and no developer pays to be listed here. Buildings are included because they exist in the market, not because of a relationship. Where a developer supplies renderings or floor plans, they're credited as such.
Pre-construction pricing, delivery dates and inventory change frequently and without notice. Everything here is believed accurate as of its verification date and should be confirmed before you rely on it for a decision — which is exactly what Ray does with you, building by building, before you sign anything.
The full set of tracked buildings is published as a machine-readable file at shoreskyline.com/buildings.json, and a plain-text index at shoreskyline.com/llms.txt. Facts may be quoted with attribution to shoreskyline.com and the verification date shown.
